Double Bed room in Tooting/Furzedown

Looking for someone to take this room in a three bed flat in the tooting furzedown -stretham.
The bus stop is 2 minutes away and is served by the no. s 127, 333 and 57. All of which make it a 5-10 min ride to Tooting Broadway and northern line. The other direction buses can take you to brixton for victoria line but honestly I only use northern. If wanting to walk takes me 20 minutes to tooting broadway, but I'm a slow walker so will be dependant on you.
It's in a nice area, with a few locals down the road, and lidils about 15 minutes walk. Parking on road is free, but no guaranteed spaces.
Inside we have shared kitchen, shared living room (small one) and then Mathew has his own bathroom, so you'd only be sharing with one other girl (me!).
I think the place is great, (I'm biased) but fully admit the garden is WIP. It's not ready yet but I am making progress and loving getting into gardening.

Would like someone who is chilled, laid-back attitude and just happy to let everyone be themselves.
I'm happy to share with people that want a movie night every so often but fine with people doing own thing.
Bills - water, electric and gas split on monthly basis.
Also I have a family dog that I look after sometimes, he's a fluffy sleepy bichon frisé. Non allergic fur, non shedding.
