The flat is a well looked after, homely property, before moving in it was lived in by the landlords who now reside in Spain, so maintained to a high standard and well finished.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from Streatham station with access to Thameslink and Southern services, less than a 10-minute walk to Norbury for Southern services and a 20-minute bus down to Brixton. The bus routes are great with easy access to the likes of Peckham, Crystal Palace, Tooting, Balham and more.

You've got Streatham Common on your doorstep and also surrounded by a couple of decent pubs. There's a Lidl and Sainsbury’s less than 5 minutes away, as well as a Tesco Extra near Streatham Station.
I'm a PR Manager at a well-known recipe box brand working from home 4-days a week and in the office on Wednesdays. I'm into spinning vinyl, gyming, scouting out new food spots, and decent Guinness.
