Contract takeover for a Cozy double room

Hey! I'm Nisha, a master's student from India. I'm currently living in this lovely room and my contract ends on 31st October. I'm in the middle of moving in with my boyfriend and need someone to take over my contract (with a possibility to extend).
The room is lovely and very airy and gets a lot of light (especially at sunsets). The room has a big double wardrobe and some storage above which fit two suitcases. The bed is a standard double. I have am ergonomic leather chair and a bedside table in the room which I am happy to sell for 30 pounds or so. The kitchen is great and you will have two cabinets for storage. It's fitted with a microwave, kettle, oven, washing machine, 2 refrigerators, and a stove. There is a shower in tub in the bathroom. The flat itself is on the 4th floor but there is a perfectly functional elevator so you will never have any problems. The area is very safe, there are good transport links and a sainsbury's less than 5 minutes walking. Tooting Bec lido is also just 8 minutes walk away if you're into running. I loved the area and I'm honestly sad I have to leave.
