Looking for a Lovely Lady to Join Our Home

We live in a delightful 3 bed on the border of Tooting Broadway, Streatham, and Mitcham.

You'll be joining two fun, friendly, chill ladies in their 20s and 30s.

This is a joint tenancy with a move in date from 30th April. As per the new Renters Rights Act 2025, the fixed term tenancy will end on May 1st 2026 and become periodic with 2 months notice required to end it.

We’re looking for someone chill, not disruptive, responsible with bills & household duties, very clean and considerate. We’re very friendly around the house, like to hang out, but we respect each other’s space.

The room is a good double - the pictures are alright but it’s bigger in real life. Coming with the room: 2 chests of drawers, wardrobe, bed & mattress < If you don’t want certain things or want to bring furniture, that’s no problem.

We have two bathrooms, and you’d share primary use of the upstairs bathroom with the housemate on your floor. But the downstairs bath is yours to use if you please.

COSTS
Rent = £700 / month
Water = £17 / month
Council Tax = £30 / month
Internet = This contract will end upon my departure so this is TBC
Gas & Elec = paid quarterly and rarely over £170. Usually around £130/ £140

Our current housemate leaving was in charge of organising the internet, which you’d need to take over & set up with our assistance. We are each responsible for different bills in the house to spread responsibility.

All appliances are modern.

Free parking on street and neighbouring streets.

Locally: Many supermarkets, takeaways, local shops, package collection/drop offs - all within walking distance.
