Hello! We are looking for a young professional housemate for our spacious 3 bed flat :). We are 26 and 28 and work in nhs and cyber security. The rent is £800/month.

The flat is around a 10 minute walk from tooting common, 15 minute walk from streatham common and tooting rail stations, 20 minutes to Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway tube stations, and a bus stop 5 minutes away. The house came part furnished and the room includes a bed and mattress, full length mirror and a chest of drawers. The rest of the house is already furnished.

We are looking for someone friendly and sociable, respectful and clean to join our flat! The area is lovely with two cafes nearby and multiple shops.
