The room is a large double room, fully furnished with a king size bed and built in wardrobes. The flat is between tooting and streatham with good transport links and nearby tooting common.
There is one other tenant and she is looking for a similarly independent working professional who is friendly and respectful, to share a clean and tidy homely flat.

The available room is furnished with one king size bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. There is a shared Kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate toilet.

The flat is around 15/20 minutes walk from Streatham common station, Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway with bus routes within a 5 minute walk.

Internet is included within the rent. Both tenants are responsible for arranging all other bills (Council Tax, water, electricity and gas, TV License). The current tenant has organised the council tax and water. The new housemate will be responsible for the electricity and gas and then split evenly.
