Pretty 2-bed garden flat w parking, bills inc

I’m looking for two professionals to rent my flat in Streatham whilst I’m away. It has two bedrooms, one double and one king, with a bright split-level kitchen and living room. The bathroom is near-new, with a walk-in shower and separate bath. The flat is fully furnished, but I can be flexible on some smaller furniture. Both bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, and space for a desk and chair.

The garden is pretty big and sunny, and it backs onto woodland which means you’re not overlooked by many other buildings. Despite the street being very quiet (it’s a school street with a doctors surgery at the top), it’s a 6-min walk to Streatham station, plus Aldi, M&S and Big Tesco. Commute into central is super easy with direct trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon, KGX every 15 mins and direct to London Bridge every 30 (once you switch to thameslink you never go back 😂).
