Nice small double room available from the middle of October in a super friendly flat share. This is initially a six month contract but there is the possibility to extend it if you wish!

This is a second floor flat with a lovely communal furnished area, there is also a garden and free street parking if you have a car!

This is the perfect room for a working professional as there is a separate area to put your desk if you work from home, which is such a bonus. It’s only roughly a 15 minute walk from tooting or streatham train station or Tooting Broadway tube station.

We are looking for a social housemate that would like to do things as a group. We love meals and drinks out, pub quizzes, weekends away and the odd boogie!
