Two spare double rooms in Tooting

Hi, I’m looking for two people to move into two double rooms in a shared flat with me! I’m ideally looking for people I can become friends with rather than just coexisting in the space. The flat does come with my cat so must be cool with cats. The flat is a 20 min walk from Tooting Bec station (there is a regular bus which makes this journey more like 10 mins) or a 15 min walk from Streatham hill station.

Also one double room is around twice the size of the second. I have priced them the same but happy to discuss payment options between the three of us.

I’m 26 years old and working as a civil servant. My hobbies are rock climbing and occasional 5 a side football. I’m easy going, clean, like going out/staying in etc etc.
