A bright duplex furnished flat, with open plan living and kitchen space. Recently redecorated flat, recently refurbished block, all necessary appliances, 1 bathroom plus additional toilet.

🛏️ THE ROOM
Bedroom located upstairs in the flat and is furnished with plenty of storage (double bed with under bed storage, wardrobe and drawers). Room for a small desk, we have fold down desks which are perfect.

👯‍♀️ ABOUT US
You’ll be living with 3 other girls; Ellie (25), Emma (28), and Celia (24). We work in textile design, town planning and study abroad for a university, all work hybrid (2/3 in the office, all Nothern ☺️ We love our home and we’d like to keep the dynamic the same, we enjoy going out together for dinners and wine tastings, debriefing in the flat after work, but also have our own things going on.

We’re looking for someone who is socialable, tidy and respects the space, easy going, and friendly. We would like someone who wants to be part of a home. Working professional, aged around 25-30, no pets, no couples, no students, no smoking/drugs.
