Room is £830 PCM, I’m leaving my bed & furniture so comes furnished.
Bills: £87.67 per month.
Garden with shed (for bikes etc). Nice big living room & kitchen. Flatmates are very clean & tidy and sociable.

Deposit is £1000 but I can’t add the full amount as it’s over 5 weeks rent (because this room is the smallest in the house I’ve paid less than the other 2 girls but the deposit was equally paid £1000 each).
This will all go through KFH estate agents so the deposit will be protected and you’ll sign the tenancy agreement.
The agreement has a break clause in May, then can continue until May 2026. But if you want to leave at any point as I’ve done you just replace the tenant yourself & talk to the landlord (who is very nice!)
Also happy to be a little flexible on move out dates.
