Large double bedroom available in our peaceful top-floor flat, situated next to Tooting Common. The room is spacious and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and some other bits.

We are ideally seeking another working professional woman to join us, who has a fulltime job, will be quiet and respectful at night during the week (because the walls are thin!), but who is down for an occasional glass of wine or walk on weekends! We are a very chill household - not in each others pockets, but we all get along and enjoy our kitchen chats etc :)

Flat is 5 min bus to Tooting Bec tube station (Northern line). Or a 5 min walk to Streatham train station.

700 pcm - bills not included.
Move-in date: Feb 1st
Available for long-term rent *Please note we are only interested in people who are able to commit for atleast a year. For this reason we would prefer people who are UK residents.*
