We have a gorgeous double bedroom available in our peaceful top-floor flat, situated next to Tooting Common.

The room is a spacious double and comes with a bed, wardrobe and table. The flat is on the second floor of a shared building (parking available), and comes with a large bathroom and kitchen.

The current household are working professional women aged 25-32 (lawyer/teacher). We are ideally seeking another working professional woman to join us, who has a fulltime job (Mon-Fri), will be quiet and respectful during the week, but who is down for an occasional glass of wine or walk on weekends! (*Due to the flat having thin walls, it is essential that whoever moves in is quiet after 9pm on weekdays.)

Flat is 5 min bus to Tooting Bec tube station (Northern line). Or a 5 min walk to Streatham train station.

The room is available for 700pcm, with bills and council tax on top coming to an extra £100-120 approx per month. The start date for the contract is 1st December 2024.
