Lovely room in house share

The Room:

It's actually two rooms - one good size double bedroom, and an adjoining smaller room which can be used as an office or a dressing room or similar. It comes part-furnished with a bed may have some additional furniture I can leave behind if you are interested.

The House:

Our home is a 5-bed house in Streatham, about 25 mins walk to Tooting Bec station, 5 mins from Streatham station (Thames Link), and 3 mins from lots of buses. We have a dining room, living room, and kitchen, so lots of space. If you have a car there is permit-parking on the road and usually good space.

The Housemates:

The other housemates are 3 girls and 1 non-binary, ages 27. They are all wonderful people and we love spending time together. Most of us work from home a few days a week, and are in and out over the weekends. We like to have dinners together some Sunday evenings and go to the pub together etc.

About you:

We're looking for someone of a similar age, any gender, any profession. You would need to be a professional rather than a student, and unfortunately no pets or couples. We're looking for someone who is interested in making the house a home and making real friendships with the housemates. We're a queer-friendly and politically liberal home so you would need to share these values. The contract runs through till April, with the possibility to extend for another year. Ideally we want someone who wants to stay in the house long term.

Cost and Bills:

The room(s) is £860 per month plus bills. Bills (energy, water, council tax (Band G), wifi) come to around £140 pcm, depending on usage etc. We also use SplitWise for any household bits, including a monthly basics shop (about £10 pp). The deposit is 960.
