Double Room in a house near Tooting Lido

1 room available in our house (round the corner from Tooting athletics track) from 4th January. It’s a 3 bed house, sharing with me and one other girl, and we have a big garden, 2 bathrooms, and a cozy living room too. Rent is 630 per month + bills which come to around 100 quid. There is a large garden also. We are about a 15 minute walk from both Streatham and Tooting Bec Stations.

You would be living with me (30 year old Classics teacher) and my flatmate (26F, works with young people in sport). Looking for someone similar to us ideally, so if you could message us with this info that would be great.
