Hi girls!!

We are looking for someone to fill a room in our three bed house in Tooting. The tenancy is until 20 October 2025 and there may be an option to extend as well.

Rent is £900 per month, and bills come to around £105 per month. You will need to make £28K per annum to pass the referencing checks.

The room is unfurnished, so you would need to bring your own bed and likely a chest of drawers. However, there is a stunning bookshelf built in and a wardrobe just outside the room.

We are looking for someone to move in on the 20th of February. We can be flexible with the exact date, so just let me know.

There’s 3 buses that stop right outside the house that all go to Tooting Broadway. In the other direction there is a bus to Brixton, Purley and Clapham park. If you would like to walk to Tooting Broadway it is about 20 minutes. It is also about 15-20 minute walk to Tooting Common

You will be living with Kelly (26), a trainee solicitor and Colette (24), a barista and freelance journalist. Our housemate is moving out because she’s managed to find my own place. We love a movie night, chatting in the evenings, and cooking. We’re both social girls, who also have their own social lives outside of the house. 🍸✨💖

We are looking for someone in a similar age range, between 23-28 years old. We would love someone who is also social and likes to watch tv together, play games and occasionally go out for a drink.
