Sociable, professional housemate wanted

I live in an end of terrace house that has a lovely garden (a bit of a sun trap, and I do love a BBQ). The bedroom to rent is a good size and has a small double bed with a chest of drawers. There is a large kitchen, dining area with all the appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is also a desk if needed to work from home. There is a family bathroom and another toilet downstairs as well. There is also a large living room with sofa, TV etc.
I am 37 year old male, who likes to balance life by going to the gym and playing tennis, so I can sample all the decent food that London has to offer. I live a short 7 minute walk from Norbury station that has transport links into Victoria and London bridge. Looking for a processional who is friendly to share the space with.
