Double bedroom in SW London

We have an unfurnished double bedroom available in Tooting Bec/streatham. We have a 3 bedroom house with a sweet little garden, in a lovely gated community. We are one couple (two female) and one single (male) professionals. The house has two bathrooms plus a downstairs WC. Whilst the bedroom up for rent is unfurnished, the rest of the house we have furnished ourselves so we have nice garden furniture and lots of storage space!

A little about us:
We love nights in drinking wine and ordering a takeaway or making each other food. We often have bbqs in our garden and on summer evenings set up our projector in the garden and watch movies! We will never miss an opportunity to go to the pub or have picnics on the nearby commons. But we also all work a lot and so we are partial to an early night in bed 😂 we are hoping to find someone fun and up to exploring London with us and spending cozy evenings at home. But we equally need someone respectful that understands that on weekday/work evenings we need quiet.
