The room comes fully furnished with double bed, brand new mattress, wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side cabinet and desk to WFH. There's additional storage around the flat too.
It's bright and quiet, plus views of the Shard!
About the flat:
I moved into the flat last year and it definitely feels like home! There's a large living room/dining room which is great to hang out in and the kitchen is nice and modern.
The flat is on a quiet street, with free on street parking and a communal garden that's great in summer!
About me:
I work from the office 2-3 days a week, am a clean and considerate housemate. I am looking for someone similar who is friendly and respectful of the space.
About the area:
15 minute walk/5 minute bus to Streatham Hill station and 15 minute walk to Tulse Hill, both great connections into central London. Also buses run from the end of the road to Balham and Clapham.
Availability:
The room is available from 6th October onwards. A minimum of 1 month and then a rolling contract until the end of 2025. Short lets are considered as this is a lodger agreement it’s a 1 month rolling contract.
Bills:
All bills are included (wifi, council tax, gas and electric etc), plus a cleaner who comes twice a month.
