We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home in Streatham from 1 July (move-in date is flexible). I’m 29, work in the charity sector (hybrid, 3–4 days a week), and love to bake, read and try new restaurants! Duncan is 23 and works in finance, though, he’s not a finance bro. Just very funny and thoughtful.

We’re ideally looking for someone in their 20s or early 30s who’s clean, respectful, and enjoys a good kitchen catch-up or TV binge.

The room and house:
- Bright double room on the top (third) floor
- Unfurnished (furniture shown in pictures not available)
- Next to the main bathroom, which you’ll have sole use of
- Brand new build: we were the first tenants
- Spacious and finished to a high standard
- Dishwasher
- Wine fridge(!)
- Proper working heating throughout (London luxuries)
- Rent: £1,100 per month
- Bills: £100–£150 depending on time of year

We really love our little corner of SW16, it’s full of great cafes, feels very safe, and has a lovely community feel. The house is tucked away in a quiet, gated mews just off the main road, and our neighbours are a mix of friendly young professionals and families. One of our favourite things about living here is the private patio, perfect for summer BBQs and a glass of wine in the evening sun!
