Double room to rent in Tooting/Furzedown

Looking for a student (preferably) to take over the final year of this housing contract from July, sharing with 3 other students. I am moving out due to graduating, and getting a job in a different location which I will need to move from. Currently no council tax is paid due to being students only, and bills are not included in the rent. City St Georges University is a 25-30 minute walk or a 10-15 min bus ride

The room is on the ground floor, with lovely high ceilings and large windows which let lots of sun in, the room comes partially furnished, and this can be further discussed with you

We are an all male household, who all attends City St George's University, in a lovely victorian terraced house. It is comprised of 4 double bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen/dining room, 3 bathrooms and 2 spare/office rooms! We enjoy having a drink at the pub, chilling and chatting infront of the TV, but we always give eachother space and are mindful of respecting one another, and keep the house nice and clean by all chipping in to chores.

There are 4 nearby bus routes (57,127,201,333) which provide connections to Streatham, Brixton, Mitcham, Wimbledon and Kingston, with the 57 being a 24 hour route!

Nearby stations are Streatham Common (17 min walk), with connections to Clapham Junction and Victoria. Tooting Thameslink station is an 18 min walk, and Tooting Broadway is a 7 min bus ride for the Northern Line
