Hi! I am moving out of my flat to live with my partner and looking for a replacement. Some info;

- Great location; Just outside Streatham Hill Station and just 10 mins on the bus from Brixton Tube (Victoria line). 30 min walk to Clapham Common or Tooting Bec Common. Tescos/Lidl/Streatham Odeon/Boots/M&S all nearby

- Modern kitchen with induction hob and a dishwasher.

- Recently refurbished, secure building with lift, attentive management and great neighbours

- Roomy living space with a 10 seater sofa and a large private balcony

- Easy access to massive shared roof with fantastic view of London (great for NYE!)

- The room itself has more than enough space for a double bed and a desk for regular WFH. The room comes unfurnished, but if you would like any of the furniture in the room to stay, please let me know.
