You can also take a walk or a bus journey towards Tooting High Street which is the home to many south Asian restaurants, and the notorious Tooting Market, which is a beautiful community hub with various independent shops, restaurants and fun bars.

Tooting Common is a short walk away and is a nature lovers dream, 220 acres wide, with ponds, woodlands and the UK's largest freshwater open-air swimming pool.

THE FLAT:

The flat consists of 2 bedrooms and will be available for rent from mid October.

The flat is fully furnished. Both bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is one very spacious bathroom which contains a shower and separate bath, a toilet and sink. The living room and kitchen are both open and connected, fit with washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and loads of worktop surfaces. All cooking utensils and tableware are provided. Both front rooms are brightly lit overlooking the front and back of the property.

There is parking available for one vehicle and enough room at the entrance of the property to store bikes. There is access to a shared garden.
