Foreign student

I am looking to rent my room to a foreign student who attends a university in London preference to more mature student not a party person.
Ideally someone who is doing there masters or PhD.
Someone who will respect my home like I do.
Im relaxed nice guy
I work alot so I am not at home that much .
The spare room is big and my apartment is clean and newly refurbished.
The apartment is few minutes on bus to Tooting Bec station or 12 minutes walk.
Very good access to London city.
There is good areas close by like Balham, Tooting, Clapham and Wimbledon all with great nightlife, bars, food stalls and restaurants, great coffee shops, gyms and things to do.
Great access to Clapham junction overground station and Gatwick airport is about 45 minutes away.
There is a outdoor swimming pool the Tooting Bec lido across the road as well as a big beautiful outdoor Tooting Bec Common.

The area is safe clean and very quiet for London standards.
Good option for getting to city centre in about 30mins to 45mins depending where you need to go.
Battersea Power station is not far away on the northern line now and it is very new popular destination for people.
