2 double rooms available in Tooting/Furzedown

Looking for 2 young professionals people aged between 23 and 28 to move into a lovely 4 bed house with a large back garden.

Your housemates will be two 26 year old guys. They are very friendly, love to socialise, enjoy sport, travel and of course a few beers. Weeknights tend to be quite chilled - socialising and watching something on the tv, getting outside in the summer or watching the sport. Weekends are a mix between us doing our own thing with other friends and doing activities together.

Looking for the person to take over the official tenancy agreement for the last approx. 5 months of the tenancy (mid/end Sept 2025- end Feb 2026).

The rooms are as shown in the pictures, excluding the work from home station in Room 1, however we are happy to include this for a small additional price. Room 1 is the larger room downstairs, while Room 2 is the smaller and cheaper room upstairs. Bills are not included in the price shown, and is in council tax band E (Wandsworth)

The house has one upstairs bathroom and one downstairs toilet, good sized kitchen and lounge/dinning room and a spacious low maintenance back garden. Tooting Broadway Tube Station (Northern Line) and Streatham Common Train Station are a 15 minute walk away and there are good bus links also.
