Hi, we're looking for a flatmate to rent a small and affordable room in South West London, in between Tooting & Streatham. We live in a 3 storey house, and rent the 1st & 2nd floors. (Ground floor is a separate flat).

- furnished with double bed & spacious wardrobe (please note there is no room for a desk)
- 20min walk to Tooting Broadway tube; 10min walk to Streatham Common station (SWR) and 20min walk to Streatham/Tooting stations (Thameslink). There are frequent buses only two min away if you prefer not to walk.
- bills excluded (energy, WiFi, water, council tax, TV licence ~£75/month)
- spacious living room
- big kitchen (plenty of cupboard & fridge space)
- shared garden with lower flat
- road parking available
- short walk to big Tesco's, Aldi, M&S, Lidl (+ local corner shops)
