Double room in South west London 🏡

The room comes unfurnished but I’m willing to discuss selling my current furnishing as I’m moving abroad. Bills come up to approx £150 per month in total. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate. The flat is on the ground floor, 10 mins walk from Norbury station with a massive private garden and quick access to the high street with cafes, bars & supermarkets.

Norbury is a diverse neighbourhood in south west London, 20 min train journey from Victoria & London Bridge and 20 min bus ride from Brixton which has the Victoria line

My housemates are two women (both 28), one is a musician and the other a visual artist. Both really lovely and down to hang out if you wish.

Move in date can be flexible as the contract will initially be a sublet until the end of jan when the contract renews. The landlord is also great and very flexible.
