Spacious and stylish double room close to Tooting

I am advertising a lovely and spacious double room available in our 2-bed flat in Tooting, Furzedown, near Tooting Common, to replace myself. The flat has beautiful furniture, is bright, and has a great location.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washer-dryer, coffee machine), and there’s a comfortable living room, plus a small garden that’s great in the summer.

You would be living with an emergency response worker who works varying shifts. This means that they might be sleeping during the day. Any flatmate would need to be respectful and considerate of their schedule, as well as quiet. The flatmate co-owns a dog that visits every 2 weeks or so. The dog is very friendly and welcoming.

The house is located on a quiet street.

There is a Sainsbury’s Local 5 minutes away, a bus stop that can bring you, e. g., to Tooting Broadway in 10-15 minutes, and an Aldi is approximately 15 minutes away. Buses 57, 201, and 333 are a 2-minute walk away.
