You’ll be living with three lovely girls aged 24–28 — super friendly, sociable and respectful. It’s a really easy-going, warm house vibe. I’m sad to leave after 3 yrs but alas I just bought a flat lol

The landlord is super sound and incredibly responsive — any issues are sorted straight away, which makes life stress-free.

🚆 Location:
Only a 6-minute walk to Streatham Common Station, and from there it’s just 4 minutes on the train to Balham with direct lines to London Bridge aswell. Or a 15-minute cycle if you prefer! Also Free street parking if you have a car

Deposit is £825

Bills come to around 100£, slightly more in winter but it varies of course
