I am sadly moving out of this flat and looking for a wonderful person to replace me on the tenancy.

Newly renovated, fully furnished and capturing all day sun, this flat is incredibly rare.

£935 rent + ~£150 bills and expenses pcm

The room can be available any time before mid January. The room itself has a brand new double bed with storage in the base, brand new set of draws, and an inbuilt desk and wardrobe.

The flat is located in Streatham, 5 minute walk from Streatham station with great transport links. 15 minute walk to both Streatham Hill and Streatham Common stations. Less than 5 minute walk to several bus stations that can get you to Brixton (Victoria line) and Tooting Bec (Northern line) in no time at all.

The other flatmate is a very considerate and kind 30 year old girl. She's a Pilates instructor and is out during the week but is always up for a debrief and girly chat.

Ideally, we are looking for a girl that's 25-35 and is keen to keep the flat feeling like home. The incoming tenant will be accepted subject to reference checks, so having a job will definitely help.
