2 Rooms Available in Spacious 3-Bed House

Hey! I’m Sophia (24) and I’m looking for two new housemates to join me in a lovely, spacious 3-bed house in Streatham. Ideally looking for women aged around 22–29 who want a calm, friendly home rather than just a place to sleep.

✨ About the house:

Huge kitchen with two sinks and six hobs — amazing if you like cooking

Bright, spacious garden

Apologies that the garden photos aren’t “proper” ones — every time I’ve taken pictures it’s been because the neighbourhood cats have wandered in and stolen the spotlight 🐈‍⬛

It’s a really good size and I’m planning to add a bench and/or table

Everyone has their own bathroom, plus an extra downstairs toilet

Comfortable living room for TV nights and the occasional drink

Quiet, safe residential street

🛏️ The rooms:
You’ll notice from the photos that the rooms look unfurnished — this is because the current tenants are in the process of moving out. That said:

Both tenants are likely selling or giving away their mattresses, so there’s a good chance you won’t need to buy one. I got my mattress and desk for free from Facebook marketplace so you should be able to find something cheap/free as well!

One bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe

The other room has a cupboard/wardrobe available, which may also be let go for free

🏠 Top-floor bonus:
Whoever takes the top-floor bedroom will essentially have the floor to themselves (apart from my bathroom being up there).

There are also two box-sized rooms on the top floor:

One is currently set up as a study / WFH room with my desk, and there’s space for an additional desk

The other is currently used for storage, but I’m planning to turn it into a spare room for guests

It’s honestly a great setup if you work from home or like having a bit of extra space.

🐾 A little extra:
I’m a foster mum to a very sweet cat (Shadow), and sometimes kittens too. If you like having a furry friend around, that’s definitely a plus.

10-minute walk to Streatham Station

5-minute walk to Streatham Common

Close to cafés, shops, gyms, and buses

I’m hoping for chilled, clean, respectful housemates — people who enjoy their own space but are also up for the occasional drink, dinner, or watching TV together. Definitely not a party house, just a cosy, friendly one.
