Lovely room in Streatham

I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a 3 bedroom flat in Streatham.
The flat itself is newly renovated, bright with tons of natural light, spacious, and has an open plan kitchen and living room. The living room is furnished and includes a TV. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a laundry (with dryer function) and dishwasher.
The room is adorable and a very good size for a London . It's furnished with a large double bed and has plenty of storage space with a massive closet and storage underneath the bed in the frame. It’s right across the hall from the bathroom which is also very spacious and newly renovated.

The flat is situated on a quiet residential street, and is only a 5 minutes walk to Streatham station with direct trains to central. There are all of the supermarket options within a 7 minute walk. Tooting Common is just around the corner.

You’d be living with two 29 year old girls who know each other from university in Canada. One is a solicitor apprentice and the other is a designer/student living in London to attend an interior design program. We would like our home to be cozy, calm and drama-free, but enjoy hosting for dinners as well. Both of are out of the flat during the week most days since we’re working/going to school.
The room is 950+ bills, that , however, are surprisingly low, since house is done in very smart way, well insulated, with new double glaze windows etc.
