Hi! I’m subletting my lovely room in our Streatham common terraced house for the last 6 months of our tenancy as I’m
Moving in with my boyfriend. You have the option to renew the tenancy for another year come August if you want! (My other housemate also subletting her room from March if you were moving as a pair)

5 min walk to Streatham common station with direct links to Victoria and London Bridge within 20 mins. Or walk 15 mins to Streatham and you’re on the Thameslink to Farringdon.

We have a gorgeous open plan communal living space with homely vibes. My room is adjacent to the bathroom and is a small
Double - the room can be part furnished and move in date is flexible but ideally asap.

The house is a 3 bed with large open plan kitchen and bifold doors to the garden. We have an open wood fire living room, large TV, underfloor heating and all amenities.

Currently have 2 other housemates, Bri is a Pilates instructor and dancer and Lauryn is in marketing, however Bri is moving out also in March - message for more details.

Looking for someone aged 25-32, it’s not a party house but it is home and we still have dinner parties and friends round - we want someone who will vibe with our current flatmates !
