Double room available in a 4 bed maisonette with 3 young male roommates, all quiet and friendly professionals.

This property is in a great location as it is right on Tooting Common, with Tooting Bec Lido literally a 30 second walk away. It is a 15 minute walk from Streatham High Road/Streatham Station, 20 minute walk into Tooting/Balham and a 5 minute bus to Tooting Bec Tube Station.

The room is part-furnished, with a double bed and a chest of drawers. The bed lifts up and has lots of storage underneath. There is also a wardrobe/closet space in the wall, which is great as it doesn't take up any space.

The kitchen and living room is a shared space and is always spotless as everyone tidies up after themselves. There is a washing machine/dryer. The property has two bathrooms with a large bath and working shower.

Bills are very cheap and come to around £70 a month. Cheap deposit also at £640. The only reason I am leaving is because I am moving in with my partner!
