1 double room in 2 bed house, shared living space.

Hello, my flat mate needs to move out after 2 years being here, sometime between now and March.

I am 36, I have a cat (mowgli) hes in all the pictures but he wont be in your room. Extremely well trained. its just me and Mowgli in a 2 bed house in sw16. It comes with a garden, front porch. Amount 850 pcm plus bills which comes to about 150-200 on top of your share of rent.

Currently all bills are paid by my flat mate and I pay rent and council tax. Happy to adjust but it actually works out exactly 50/50 that way without all the multiple transfers between us.

The property is unfurnished so everythinf you see i have bought myself but absolutely do not mind sharing- want to keep it an easy swap as possible. Im very laid back, lots of banter so you will get a lot of laughs. I work from home 3 days which is very flexible (no set days/hours).

You can pet and cuddle my cat.

Im a working professional, in the property industry so I have a good head on my shoulders in terms of the lettings and property management world-13 years experience. I've had 100% of all my deposits returned, every renewal managed myself with the best outcome 🤲🏽🙏- what more could you want from a nee bestie flat mate? Very tidy, clean. I wash the carpets every month...sometimes twice! Mowgli takes after me. Hes very routined, well trained, bit of a prince. He wont use the cat flap, he prefers to be waited on by the doorman (me or whoever meets his eye). Indoor cat otherwise stays in the garden responsibly.

Location is GREAT. Streatham common park just down the road, which has its own lovely pub, the rookery. Main street only 15 min walk or a 5 min bus ride. House is a Cul-du-Sac, off the main roads. Very safe and residential area.
