Big, bright, double room available 3 February – 31 March (with potential to extend by a week or two). Perfect for a friendly, considerate professional (or couple) to rent a room for 6-10 weeks while I’m taking a career break!

The room has a double bed, plenty of storage (including a large cupboard), a built-in desk (+ good internet for working from home) and a huge windows with a lovely open view over the race track.

The flat is next to Tooting Common, with loads of green space right on the doorstep — perfect for running or lunchtime walks.

Tooting Bec station is around a 15-minute walk, with Streatham and Streatham Common also close by.

The living/dining area is spacious and comfortable with a fully kitted-out open plan kitchen. 

The bathroom is shared but has both a bath and a shower (with good water pressure!)

You’ll be living with my sister (33), a friendly and considerate professional who works from home two days a week. The household is sociable and relaxed – you’re very welcome to spend time in shared spaces, but it’s also a calm place to live.

Ideal for a visiting professional/couple on short-term relocation, or someone between leases.
