Double room in bright flat!

Hi! I’ve got a lovely double room available ASAP in a newly refurbished first floor flat in SW16 🙂

The whole place has just been done up, so it feels really fresh and modern. There’s a big, bright lounge and dining area where you can properly relax, plus a garden which is great in the warmer months. There’s also free parking, which is a real bonus. It’s a bit bare atm but you get the choice of furniture ect 🤪

You’d be living with me 😊 I’m a teacher, so I’m out at work during the day. If you work from home, you’ll pretty much have the place to yourself most weekdays, which is ideal if you like your space and quiet during the day. Available asap for long or short let :)

Location-wise, it’s super convenient. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the train station from there it’s 8 minutes to Balham (for the Underground) or 20 min cycle and around 25 minutes into Victoria. Streatham Common is nearby for green space, and there’s a Lidl and a big Tesco close by for easy food shopping. You’re also within walking distance of cafés, shops and a gym, and Croydon Hospital is very close too.
