Looking for a friendly female professional to replace me in our spacious Streatham flat! ✨

📆 Move-in date:
- 13 April (flexible).

🛌 The room/flat:
- Your room comes with a double size bed and desk (great for WFH) with an ensuite on the ground floor.
- We have a very spacious kitchen and lounge with a lot of natural lighting so it's lovely in the summer time.
- We’re tucked in behind a nice quiet street and about a 5 minute walk from Streatham Common Station (quick links to Balham, Clapham, Tooting, Wimbledon and surrounding areas) and 20 minutes to London Victoria + a lot of bus connections.

🌼 The area:
- We’re close to Sainsbury's, Tesco and Lidl (10-20 mins walk).
- You'll find some cute local coffee shops, pubs and nail salons nearby too.
- We’re close to both Streatham Common (20 mins walk) and Tooting Common (30 mins walk). 🌳

💘 The housemates:
- You’ll be sharing the space with Dani, Rose and Nina.
- The girls are sociable, tidy and friendly! This truly feels like a home so we’d like someone who matches the vibe and is also down for a catch-up/pub sesh.
- They are of course also respectful of each others space :)

💸 Cost/bills:
- Rent is £850.51 per month. Bills are roughly £60-£100.
