Hi! I'm looking for an easy-going roommate with whom I can catch up in the evening over dinner or Netflix.

If you're interested the room will come fully furnished with a double bed, chests of drawers, wardrobe and desk in a newly renovated house situated just off Tooting Bec Common.

The house is about 5 mins from Streatham and 20 mins walk/5 min bus from Balham and Tooting high streets where you can find all the amenities you may need including supermarkets, gyms, dry cleaners etc. and transport links including:

Thameslink, Overground and Southern rail at Streatham
Northern line in Balham/Tooting Bec
Buses to central London that operate at night

Rent of £625 per month includes bills and cleaning services.
