Lovely Double Room - Tooting Bec

Hi everyone,

We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our friendly home in Tooting Bec area!

The property is a spacious 3-bedroom flat with a shared living room and kitchen, spread over two floors. The available room is on the first floor, where you’d share a bathroom with Steph (3rd room has its own bathroom, so bathroom queues are never an issue!). There’s also a separate extra toilet.

The Room

The room comes fully furnished with:

Double bed
Large wardrobe
Massive built-in storage
Bright, comfortable space with plenty of room

The flat itself has a recently refurbished kitchen with:

Plenty of cupboard space
Dishwasher
Washing machine
Two fridges + freezer

There’s also a secure space to store bicycles if you ride.

Location

The flat is just 15 minutes from Tooting Bec Station ad 20 mins form Tooting Broadway (Northern Line), with fantastic transport links to Clapham, Wandsworth, Streatham Hill, and only around 30 minutes to Gatwick Airport.

Just 2 minutes away, you’ll find a high street with:

Pubs
Takeaways
Off-licences
Lots of everyday essentials

We’re also only 5 minutes from Tooting Common and Tooting Lido, which is perfect if you enjoy being outdoors.

If you work at St George’s Hospital, there’s excellent transport and you can get there in around 25 minutes.

About Us

You’d be sharing with:

Anja – works at Warner Bros in marketing and localisation. Outgoing, easygoing, and always up for a chat or occasional pint.

Steph – lovely Kiwi nurse who loves spending time outdoors, especially around Tooting Common and the Lido.

We like to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy, but we’re definitely not clean freaks. We respect personal space and privacy, while also enjoying a friendly, relaxed home where we can catch up or hang out from time to time.

Rent & Bills

Bills are not included and are split evenly, usually around £100 per month, depending on the season.

Room available from 5th June.
