Double room in a gorgeous house.

Hi, I've got a beautiful small double room to let in my house. I'm a live in landlord, I wanted to get that out first because it's not for everyone to share with the Landlord! The room has an ottoman bed so plenty of storage and the monthly price includes all bills, wifi etc. The photos don't do it justice you'll need to come see it for yourself.

Location of the house is about a 4/5 minute walk from Norbury train station, its 7 minutes to Balham and there is a bus stop round the corner. All the shops are right on the doorstep plus a decent Nuffield or Gym Group gym literally a 4/5 min walk away.

There is free on street parking if you have a car.

There are 2 of us in the house currently, my other tenant Mark has been here for a couple of years. You will only need to share the bathroom with him and you'll have access to all of downstairs and the garden, which is a full on sun trap in summer.

It looks a bit like a party house with a bar and decks! and yes on occasion we'll have a kitchen party or bbq's in summer with friends but as working professionals its not all the time. We'd love to meet someone who's a good fit, happy in their own space but good to hang out if they want to and have a glass of wine.
