Double room in terraced house - Streatham Vale

Hi! We are two guys looking for someone to take a room when our other friend moves out at the end of August. Me and George would love to stay here and would like to meet someone else who does too.

It’s a nice place, a terraced house on a quiet street 10 mins away from Streatham Common station with a nice big garden, small ish but decent kitchen, and a comfy living room. The room is a double on the 1st floor with plenty of room for storage (there's even a little extra room where we keep stuff/dry clothes etc).

About us, we’re two guys, 27 and 25, easy going and open minded but not too messy. We hang out a lot playing games, making food, playing tennis etc. We’re social but would totally respect your privacy and quiet time. We’re also a bit musical, George is actually pretty good at the piano while I can just about play a few notes on the bass.

As for who we're looking for, we've got no particular requirements as long as we're all on the same page and can get along well.

Other things I can think of, there’s a nice little cafe and pizzeria at the end of the road and a big Lidl about a 5 min walk away. The landlord is nice and makes sure that we keep the place in good shape. We split the rent equally at £833 per month and we share the bills out. The council tax is band D in the borough of Lambeth.
