I have a beautiful second double bedroom in a modern two-bed, two-bath new build flat in Streatham, looking for a flatmate from September

I’m moving on to a new job up in Scotland, so I’ll be leaving my current flatmate behind — ideally I’d love to find someone to take over the room directly so we don’t have to end the tenancy altogether.

The flat itself is very modern, with two bathrooms and a combined kitchen/living area opening onto a Juliet balcony — bright, sleek finishes throughout. The living area has a great dining table for dinner parties or life admin, and comfortable sofas for friends to stay.

The room itself is a cosy double with its own bathroom (bath and shower), plus a spacious living area where you can WFH and a sleek modern kitchen — the whole place feels much bigger than a typical two-bed.

It’s a short walk to Streatham station, close to Streatham Hill too, so transport connections into central London and beyond are easy. Streatham Common is nearby for green space, plus a good mix of shops, cafés, and gyms for day-to-day life.
