Looking for new housemate

Hello 🤠

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our home in Tooting Bec/Furzedown. We are three professionals who met on SpareRoom. Sadly, our housemate is leaving London so a room is available from end of August.

The room:
The room is a large double bedroom on the 1st floor of the house with a garden view. The room comes with a family bathroom and office room (ideal wfh space). The room is unfurnished but departing tenant is open to selling furniture.
We have a large open plan kitchen, a large living room, separate room of the kitchen used for ironing / drying and a garden at the rear. We have a dishwasher and washing machine. We have a responsibility to look after the garden, so a big plus if you have green fingers! There is free parking on the nearby roads, no permit required so good for visitors and those with a car. There are nice coffees shop/ food places, coffee and Budgens/ Nisa within a 5 minute walk.

In terms of getting around either walking or by bus:
Tooting common and lido - 15 mins walk
Tooting Bec tube - 20 mins walk (10-15 mins with bus)
Tooting overground - 20 min walk (15 min with bus)
Streatham common overground - 18 min walk (no bus)
Streatham overground - 20 min walk (15 min with bus)
Brixton - 30 min bus

About us:
We’ve become good friends and spend time together with a takeaway or glass of wine watching trashy TV or going for a coffee, but we also have our own groups of friends in London and respect each others’ space.

Georgina - 29, works in insurance. Can be found being a health queen at third space or dying from a hangover.

Meg - 32, bookseller for Waterstones. Loves bakery and bar hopping around the city. Will let you borrow her books :)

Nica - 31, works in social impact/employee engagement. Artsy, outdoorsy, and loves a croissant 🥐

Bills, not included in rent:
Approx £120 pp (water, council tax, wifi, energy)
+ Cleaner £20pp once a month currently (communal areas and bathrooms)
