2 Double Rooms Available

Hello! Myself and my housemate are both moving out of our current property at the end of this week / start of next week, and we are both looking for someone to take over our tenancies until end of November! Both the rooms are double rooms, the room with the cheaper rent is slightly smaller hence the rent difference. We currently share the master bathroom, which is on the middle floor of the house with both bedrooms, so you’d be sharing this with one other person. The house has a large shared kitchen and living room space, which is shared between 4 people. The price on this advert is including all bills, water, electricity, WiFi, etc. Happy to do viewings this week and start of next week, or virtual viewings!

I’m also happy to adjust the move in date to later in September, as I appreciate the move in date of next week in quite last minute, so I’d be happy to pay half of the rent for September if anyone wanted to move into the property later in the month 😊

The house is a 10 minute walk from Streatham Common station. It’s right next to a big Lidl, and around a 20-25 minute walk from a Tesco Extra, and there is a small co-op and Sainsbury’s around 5-10 minute walks from the house.
