The property is a split-level flat, this room is located upstairs, very spacious and comfy. You'll share the downstairs bathroom and kitchen with one other person. The Landlord lives upstairs he has his own ensute, only sharing the kitchen when he's home. He's mostly away traveling as he's retired.
