Cosy Double Room on Streatham Common

I’m looking for a clean, tidy and considerate person to rent my spare double room in a lovely two-bedroom flat in Streatham.

The room is cosy and comes with lots of storage, including a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, under-bed storage and bedside table. There’s also a TV in the room, giving you your own comfortable space to relax.

You’ll have access to the shared bathroom and kitchen, with the rest of the flat kept clean and well looked after. The flat has stunning views across Streatham and South London, which are particularly great at sunset.

The location is really well connected. Streatham and Streatham Common stations are both just a few minutes away, with easy access into central London, including Victoria and London Bridge. There are plenty of local shops, cafés, restaurants and gyms nearby, as well as Waterstones, so everything you need is close at hand.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and independent. Someone who enjoys having their own space and doesn’t need a highly social houseshare. I’m not looking to become best friends with my housemate, but equally I’d like us to be friendly and comfortable living together.

Cleanliness is important to me - I’m definitely a bit of a clean freak! So I’m looking for someone who is naturally clean and tidy and will treat the flat as their own.

I’m currently doing some work on the flat, so I’ve priced the room slightly below what I’d normally ask while the work is being completed.
