I have a spacious room in a beautiful house for short term lets. The room is £200 per week (inclusive of all bills). I am friendly and easy going. The house is situated in Norbury (zone 3) - 10 mins from Streatham, near to Norbury BR station and has quick journey times to London Bridge (30 mins), Victoria (20mins) Clapham Junction (12mins) and East Croydon (9mins).
Bathroom and lounge are sharing, there is an internet connection (wifi), washing machine etc and all bills are inclusive.
It is close to all local amenities and there are excellent night bus links to the West End and other parts of London.
This would suit a clean, responsible, quiet, professional (female preferred).
You will be sharing with just me and my cat.
