The room itself has an en-suite shower (with separate toilet), a study/computer desk and a large wardrobe. It's right opposite Tooting Bec common and a 5 min walk to all the amenities on the high road (supermarket/cinema/pharmacies /coffee shops etc), leisure centres (Fitness FIrst & Virgin Active) and busy cafes and restaurants.

Transport links are the northern line at Tooting Bec giving easy commute to central london, West End and the City. There are also 3 overground train links (5 - 12 min walk away) with direct links (15mins) to terminals including Clapham Junction, London Bridge, Victoria, St Pancras & Blackfriars.
