Ideally, you have a 9-to-5 job and don’t work from home full-time.

I’m a Civil Servant working right in the heart of Westminster. I am considerate and easy to live with, and I take pride in being extremely clean and tidy. I have a real affinity for nature, so you can expect me to create a tranquil environment with plenty of plants and flowers.
I lead a relatively healthy and active lifestyle (I cycle to work and swim or hit the gym regularly). I love a good chat and being social, but I also really value personal space and boundaries. I’m a big believer that open, healthy communication is the key to good living together. I work from home 2 days a week (usually Mondays and Fridays).
The flat:
• Bedroom- Large double room- fully furnished including double bed and mattress, under bed drawers, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
• Fully furnished lounge/ kitchen/ dining room
• Shared bathroom
• Kitchen includes dishwasher and washing machine
• Small balcony
• Storage space in the hall
• Shared courtyard
Amenities:
• Bills included: High-Speed Internet (works perfectly with two flatmates working from home), TV licence, council tax, water, gas, electricity, and a cleaner every 2 weeks
