You:
A friendly, tidy, and considerate flatmate who appreciates a calm living environment. Someone who enjoys the occasional chat but respects personal space and privacy, especially at night. Cleanliness and noise consideration are essential. We’re looking for someone who shares communal spaces thoughtfully—using them comfortably while leaving room for others. Ideally, you have a 9-to-5 job and don’t work from home full-time.
 
Flatmate:
I’m a Civil Servant working right in the heart of Westminster. I am considerate and easy to live with, and I take pride in being extremely clean and tidy. I have a real affinity for nature, so you can expect me to create a tranquil environment with plenty of plants and flowers.

I lead a relatively healthy and active lifestyle (I cycle to work and swim or hit the gym regularly). I love a good chat and being social, but I also really value personal space and boundaries. I’m a big believer that open, healthy communication is the key to good living together. I work from home 2 days a week (usually Mondays and Fridays).
The flat:
• Bedroom- Large double room- fully furnished including double bed and mattress, under bed drawers, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
• Fully furnished lounge/ kitchen/ dining room
• Shared bathroom
• Kitchen includes dishwasher and washing machine
