Ensuite Double Bedroom Available

A spacious ensuite double room is becoming available for 3 months in my house from Feb 19th. The house will be shared with two others.

THE HOUSEHOLD

My home is the most important place to me and I put a lot of energy into making it a place of sanctuary and a space to relax. I would love to share it with someone who wishes to do the same. We have a very quiet existence here with a mutual respect for each other. That being said it is worth saying that this is definitely not a party home. Generally, everyone lives very independently, working between home and workplaces. Ever so often meal are had together, or plans are made to do something near by, more often we share lots of chats around the house.

THE HOUSE

The house is located on Trinity Road, between Wandsworth Common and Tooting Bec Station which are both a short walk away (7-10mins) with many little restaurants, pubs, grocery stores and the beautiful Common available.

There are four bedrooms, The living room, dining room and kitchen are all very spacious, open and connected giving access to our back garden which is south facing and we definitely enjoyed during the warmer months of the year.

THE ROOM

The room available is situated on the second floor. It has it's own bathroom fitted with a shower/bath, sink and toilet. It is very bright and spacious, furnished with a bed, with loads of storage, a desk to work at. There is lots of floor space to stretch out a yoga mat.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation links are great with both Tooting Bec Underground Station (Northern Line) and Wandsworth Common Station a short walk away. We are also quite lucky to have the bus stop (319/219) just outside our front door connecting to Clapham Junction, Sloane Square, Streatham and Wimbledon.

COST

The room including bills: £1100 (including bi weekly professional cleaning)

Our cleaner comes bi weekly and we do our best to ensure that the communal areas of the house remain clean and tidy.

Looking for a professional, clean and tidy person, who would like to make a temporary home here. Would like quiet, considerate people who take pride in their home and care about their environment.

I am looking to find a tenant who wants to stay for 3 months.
